Sometimes people feel overwhelmed by problems that a therapist can help with, or they feel stigma associated with needing a therapist’s help. Couples and families feel stuck in their cycles, and individuals feel locked in their negative thoughts and emotions.

I integrate a client-centred, therapeutic approach which is online. Being an online psychotherapist makes myself accessible to you, with highly flexible and late hours to meet your busy life, and to reduce stigma since no one will ever see you entering a clinic.

I strive to be a safe person in a virtual space, meeting you in your own comfortable environment, and value the therapeutic relationship that can be created to help you move forward at your pace, and in confidence.

Awesome Quote: “Under every behaviour is an emotion; under every emotion is a need.” – Dr. Hermon Chow

Personal comments: I’m married with 4 kids. I used to tour with Toronto Mass Choir – I find joy in singing loudly with other talented people, and feel free and at ease when I’m connecting with others who let loose with their own musical talent. Also, I love riding my motorcycle and playing my virtual pinball machine.
